Your First Visit

Here at Renew Health, we want to make sure that your first visit is as relaxing and informative as possible. We want to ensure that when you leave, you do not have any questions. It is our goal to get you to feel excited about the progress that you have already made.

Many people visit the chiropractor for the first time because they are experiencing pain in different areas of their body. Some people also visit us because they want to begin a preventive treatment plan to ensure that they stay healthy.

We understand the body and how it works. During your first visit, we will spend some time talking so that you can explain any pain that you have. We may feel around the painful areas to get a better sense of what is going on. We will probably take X-rays to get a good look at your alignment, though they are not always needed.

We truly believe that pain is often the result of something in our body being out of alignment. We will work hard to ensure that your body gets back into alignment so that you are pain free again!

Our goal is to help you to feel better (and stay that way) as quickly as possible. It is possible to live a life without pain.

What to Expect

Here at Renew Health, we want to ensure that when you enter our doors you know exactly what to expect.

Once you have an appointment booked, you will be greeted by our friendly receptionist who will be awaiting your arrival. We want to ensure that we understand you, your pain, and your history completely so you will be expected to fill out paperwork when you arrive.

This paperwork will ask for your family history because some issues in your body can be hereditary (but that does not mean that we cannot fix them). It will also ask you questions about your health habits and your medical history. We want to cover all bases so that we are able to help you as much as possible.

Depending on your injury, we may or may not require X-rays. Most of the time, we perform X-rays to get a good look at your spine. This should need to be done only if you are a new patient or there is a change in your condition.

After your examination, which will require you to move around and possibly even lay down so that we can get a better feel for what is going on, you will be able to talk to our compassionate and knowledgeable chiropractor. Be sure to tell Renew Health all about the pain you are experiencing and any other symptoms you may be having.

At that point, the chiropractor will discuss your condition and your options. Together, you can decide what you feel comfortable doing and come up with a game plan to help you.

Payment Options

Although payment is expected at the time of service, here at Renew Health, we are proud to take many different payment methods.

In order to ensure that you receive the best care available, we want to make it as easy as possible for you. We accept cash, checks, and debit cards. We also accept most major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, Discover card, and American Express.

We also welcome your insurance and will do everything that we can to help you receive as many benefits from it as possible.

One of the questions we are asked a lot is will my insurance cover this? Since there are so many different plans and coverage options available, we are not able to give you a definite answer. When you arrive at your appointment, we will make a copy of your insurance card so that we should be able to estimate what your insurance will cover.

Online Forms

At Renew Health, we offer patient forms online so you can complete them in the convenience of your own home or office. Fax us your printed and completed forms or you may bring them during your visit.
